Arbitration opt-out
You may opt out of the binding arbitration provision in §9.1 by delivering written notice within thirty (30) days of first accepting these terms.
Notice must include your handle, the date of acceptance, and an unambiguous statement of intent to opt out, and must be delivered by mail to:

Electronic delivery is not accepted for this purpose.
This clause is a faithful reproduction of the real thing, including the part where you have to mail a letter. It has nothing to do with what happens to your activity data, and opting out of it changes nothing about how that data is handled.
